Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept COD (Cash On Delivery) payment methods currently:

  • Cash on Delivery (available for selected products & regions)

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. Shipping charges may apply for COD or lower-value orders.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days
    You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be announced soon — stay tuned!

3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Q: When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: Are your products original and authentic?

Yes, all products sold on Bazaarind are 100% genuine and sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and suppliers.

Q: The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?

You can click on “Notify Me” on the product page or email us with the product name. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s back in stock.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your address, and view order history.
