Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We will assist you in this process to the best extent possible, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by the customer.

If your order is returned because of an incorrect address:

• The product cost will be refunded
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• You will need to place a new order with the correct address
