By using Bazaarind’s return and refund services, you agree to the terms below. These guidelines ensure transparency and help you understand how returns and exchanges work for customers within the United States.
30-Day Return Policy
Bazaarind offers a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, you must initiate your request within 30 days of receiving your item.
Conditions for Return
Items must be in unused, new condition, include all original tags, and be returned in the original packaging. Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts not caused by our error will not be eligible for a return. Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bazaarind.com. We will send you a return form and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How Customers Can Return Products
Customers can return products by mail only. At this time, we do not accept in-person returns at any store or kiosk location.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping Label
If you are returning a product due to change of mind or any personal reason, please contact us and we will email you a return form. You will need to print the return label and the shipping cost will be your responsibility.
If the product is defective or incorrect, contact us and we will email a prepaid return label. You simply need to download and print it.
Condition of Returned Items
We accept returns only for unused items that arrive in their original condition and original packaging.
Restocking Fee
Bazaarind does not charge any restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you are returning an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

Exchanges
We only exchange items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or in the wrong size. If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us at support@bazaarind.com.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the correct item.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
